2019 Ice Magic Festival
Set in the spectacular surroundings of Lake Louise the Ice Magic Festival is a world class event with over 20 years of history. Watch as talented ice artist from around the world skillfully combine gruelling physicality with precision artistry in an ice carving competition.

Lunar Eclipse
Join the team at Rothney Astrophysical Observatory to witness the earths shadow as it passes across he face of the full moon! The eclipse will reach totality at 10:12pm.

Penguin Walk @ The Calgary Zoo
This year, 5 new king penguins arrived from Montreal! They will join Diana, Grace, Hera, Arthur, Caesar, Tut, Solomon, Nero, Edward & Cleo for their daily waddle from Penguin Plunge!
